Fun time at the fair

Recently, I took the boys to a county fair that is about 40 miles north of our town. Here are some fun pics from that day. Enjoy!!!!

Hunter's checking out the big pig. I had to keep cleaning his fingers, cuz he would keep sticking his index finger in the pig's nose as the pig would sniff him. Last year was Hunter's first time at the fair and he was too young to really enjoy the fair, so this year he truly got to experience all the fun with the animals. Hopefully in the next couple years, he'll be big enough to enjoy some of the kiddie rides.

The bumper cars ride is one of Justin's fave rides at the fair. It's hard to believe he'll be old enough to drive a real car in a couple months when he turns 14, even though he will be driving with an adult. I wonder if the way he's driving with one hand on the steering wheel will be the way he'll drive a real car??

Another area of the fair that Justin enjoys to visit is all the farm machinery. Even though these are pics of RED (Case IH) farm equipment, he also likes to check out the GREEN (John Deere) farm equipment. Justin isn't biased when it comes to farm equipment color, but if it was up to Daddy & Papa Valentine, he'd better like RED. Justin got to enjoy & love John Deere farm equipment from Darren's employer (as Kevin only farms with John Deere).

I saw this truck at the fair and I had to take a picture of it. This is a sweet looking truck!!!

Justin got to meet a well-known celebrity while at the fair. Justin got to get an autograph and have his picture taken with Jesse James, well-known for his West Coast Choppers company, Monster Garage, among other things. Jesse was at the fair promoting his Jesse James Work Wear line http://www.jessejamesworkwear.com/ which is available at selected Walmart stores. Look how close in height both Justin & Jesse are. I'm not sure how tall Jesse is, but Justin is at least 5' 10" or 5' 11" (he's almost as tall at Darren {6' 1"} and definitely taller than me at 5' 6").
